The full personalized report is generated in about two minutes after submission. Delivered to you as a web page and as a PDF you can save, print, or share.
The report is designed to be read more than once. Read it first for surface recognition. Return to specific sections as the questions of your life surface them.

Yes. Both editions are free to take. The Compass Institute funds the research and instrument development through book sales, consulting engagements, and church partnerships. The individual assessment costs the taker nothing.
Your responses are stored securely and used to generate your personalized report. With your explicit opt-in consent, anonymized responses may be used to refine the instrument. Your personal information is never sold, never shared with third parties, and never used for advertising. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
Yes. A magic-link mechanism lets you resume from any device. If you close the tab halfway through, the assessment picks up exactly where you left off next time you sign in.
The full personalized report typically arrives within two to three minutes of submission. Both a web view and a PDF are delivered by email. You can also share the report link with a mentor, spouse, or spiritual director if you choose to.
Read it once, sleep on it, read it again. Assessments this deep sometimes require a second reading for the pattern to land. If it still does not feel true after two readings, contact the Compass Institute. Reports can be regenerated after a period, and any pattern that fails to match a serious respondent is diagnostic information the instrument uses to refine itself.
